This is a convenient and already familiar to buyers method of online payment collection, allowing you to accept payments in various countries and in various currencies – both by cards and via e-banking, as well as other popular payment methods.
Delivery of goods
The minimum order amount is 100 Eur.
We deliver the goods within 3-7 working days after payment of the order.
If the goods are personalized, the delivery of the order may take a little longer.
Return of goods
TO RETURN DEFECTIVE GOODS, YOU MUST FIRST CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT:

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS.
1.1. TO RETURN THE GOOD(S), THE BUYER MAY DO SO WITHIN 14 (FOURTEEN) DAYS FROM THE DAY OF DELIVERY OF THE GOODS TO THE BUYER, BY INFORMING THE SELLER USING THE CONTACT MEASURES INDICATED IN THE CONTACT SECTION, SPECIFYING THE NAME OF THE GOOD TO BE RETURNED, THE ORDER NUMBER AND THE REASONS FOR THE RETURN.
1.2. WHEN RETURNING THE GOODS, THE BUYER MUST OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1.2.1. THE RETURNED GOODS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL, IN GOOD CONDITION;
1.2.2. THE GOODS MUST NOT BE DAMAGED BY THE BUYER;
1.2.3. THE GOODS MUST BE UNUSED, WITHOUT LOSS OF THEIR MERCHANTABLE APPEARANCE (THE LABEL IS NOT DAMAGED, THE PROTECTIVE FILM IS NOT TORN, ETC.);
1.2.4. THE RETURNED GOODS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONFIGURATION AS THE BUYER RECEIVED IT.
1.3. THE SELLER HAS THE RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT THE GOODS RETURNED BY THE BUYER IF THE BUYER DOES NOT COMPLY WITH 1.2. THE ARTICLE SETS OUT THE PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS.
1.4. WHEN RETURNING THE INCORRECT GOODS RECEIVED AND/OR A GOOD OF POOR QUALITY, THE SELLER OBLIGES TO ACCEPT SUCH GOODS AND REPLACE THEM WITH SIMILAR SUITABLE GOODS.
1.5. IN THE EVENT THAT THE SELLER DOES NOT HAVE SUITABLE GOODS FOR REPLACEMENT, THE BUYER SHALL BE REFUNDED THE AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID FOR THE GOODS.
ATTENTION! The Buyer may not return goods that were ordered and/or manufactured or are being manufactured according to the Buyer’s individual order, special instructions of the Buyer or are obviously adapted to the Buyer’s individual needs and which are not pre-manufactured and in other cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
ATTENTION! FREE RETURNS APPLY ONLY TO GOODS OF FAILURE. GOODS OF FAILURE (FOR EXAMPLE, YOU WANT TO RETURN THEM WITHOUT A REASON, OR BECAUSE THE GOODS ARE NO LONGER SUITABLE, OR THE SIZE IS THE WRONG, ETC.) ARE RETURNED BY THE CUSTOMER AT HIS OWN FUNDS.
WE WILL REFUND YOU ALL THE MONEY WITHIN 5-10 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DAY OF RECEIVING THE RETURNED GOODS. PLEASE NOTE THAT MONEY IS RETURNED ONLY TO THE CUSTOMER’S BANK ACCOUNT BY TRANSFER.
